Eventstation.ai ist ein Start-Up aus Jena, gestartet im August 2023. Wir sind einer der führenden Anbieter für automatisierte und personalisierte Bilderstellung mithilfe von GenAI für Marketing und Printzwecke. Einzigartig ist insb. unsere Kombination aus Qualität, Schnelligkeit und technischer Expertise, da wir das Glück haben, dass einer unserer CO-Gründer The Dor Brothers ist.
Zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt werden mit unseren Lösungen (API & WebApps) ~30000 Fotos im Monat erstellt und unser Tool weltweit von Unternehmen genutzt. Namentlich zu erwähnen sind bspw. die Interpublic Group (IPG), Bayer Leverkusen, FiverR, L'Oreal o. die DNP-Group (Dai Nippon Printing). Außerdem sind wir Teil der Accelerator Programmen von Microsoft, Nvidia & Google Cloud.
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
Client Projects: Plan and execute projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and budget.
Sales & Strategy: Develop new product definitions, pricing models, and strategic growth initiatives.
Marketing: Coordinate marketing activities to meet long-term company goals.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage pilot projects, and successfully roll out new products.
Client Relationships: Manage pilot projects, rollouts, and client satisfaction.
Partner Management: Collaborate with external providers on internal automation (sales, marketing and other measurements for efficiency increase)
Creative Vision Development: Conceive unique artistic concepts and ideas for clients that can be brought to life by our team of AI artists.
Negotiation & Pitching: Craft pitches, negotiate deals, and finalize agreements.
Erwartete Qualifikationen:
Proven experience in sales management and expertise in marketing campaign planning and strategy implementation and a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in related field is beneficial
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Figma and WIX and Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Ideogram, Midjourney, Flux)
Fluency in german and english (company’s primary working language)
Strong design sensibility and to communicate creative ideas.
Independent doer & problem solver mentality who can think focused long-term
Willingness to work unconventional hours (worldwide clientele)
Willingness to Occasional travel for domestic and international client meetings, trade shows, or team events, on average 1x per month is required. A driver’s license is a plus but not a strict requirement.
