Tasks:
You will work directly with experienced entrepreneurs and investors across our ecosystem, operating at the intersection of
venture capital, company building, AI, and entrepreneurship. Depending on the project, expect:
Deal sourcing, due diligence, and investment memos
New venture creation, go-to-market, and 0-to-1 scaling
AI products and AI-native workflows across the portfolio
Special projects with the founding and investment teams
This is not an assistant role. It is for ambitious generalists with an entrepreneurial mindset and a real desire to own things.
Requirements:
Student at a leading university with a strong track record and genuine interest in entrepreneurship, VC, PE, or AI
Sharp analytical skills, strong AI literacy, and daily hands-on use of modern LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, ideally
Claude Code or Cursor)
High ownership, curiosity, and excellent communication in English (German is a plus)
Backgrounds in startups, VC/PE/IB, consulting, hackathons, or AI automation are a big plus
