Research Assistant - 1. Qualification phase for a doctorate

Part-time employment may be possible

Your responsibilities:

  • collaboration in research in teaching
  • supervision of students in experimental training

Your profile:

  • successfully completed academic university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) in electrical engineering or a comporable field of study with a specialisation in electrical engineering / lighting technology
  • very good knowledge of electrical engineering
  • very good knowledge of lighting technology
  • the ability to teach in German and/or in English is required; willingness to acquire the respective missing language skills
  • enjoyment of and experience in working with students
  • experience in using measurement technology and knowledge of the relevant DIN standards
  • knowledge of Python and Dialux
  • teaching experience or experience in conducting practical training courses is a plus
